We’re live! Introducing Billing Manager…
Today we are launching Billing Manager to live beta. Over the next few days and weeks, members of the team will tell our story and introduce you to the product. We hope to take you along on the journey that brought us here – and shed light on where we’re going. For now, I’ll kick things off with a simple Top 10 Reasons Why Billing Manager Exists:
- Because we believe there are better ways to invoice than spreadsheets and word documents
- Because there are better things to do than spending your time invoicing
- Because accounting is not for everybody
- Because we believe in free software (we’re not a charity though, in the coming weeks we’ll explain more)
- Because pretty soon all software will be on the web
- Because we wanted to put a round peg (not square!) in a round hole (we’ll shed more light on this in the weeks to come)
- Because we are in the business of solving pain for small businesses
- Because we’ve been helping small businesses for over 20 years
- ok, for now maybe a top 8 list
So, I’m reading the list and it feels a bit sale-sy and I really didn’t mean it to sound that way. Maybe it is. Either way, we do want to share the story behind the product. The blog is the best place to do that. We also want to hear your stories. What inspires you. What troubles you. Your dreams. And we’ll share our inspirations, troubles and dreams right back.
