Join our Customer Council
We’re always thirsty for feedback here on the Billing Manager team, and are constantly actively recruiting new members to join the Billing Manager Customer Council. We take the feedback we receive really seriously. After all, we’re here to serve our users, so if we’re not making your lives easier, we’re not doing our jobs!
If you’re interested in joining, leave a comment on this post and I’ll contact you about next steps.
What you’ll get for joining:
- Direct access to the folks at Intuit who work on Billing Manager
- Influencing new features while they’re still in development
- Crafting the vision for Billing Manager going forward
- The ability to influence a product you love! (ok, even if you only like it now, we hope you’ll grow to love it after working with us)
What we ask from you in return:
- Commit 6 months to helping our team out
- Spend about 1-2 hours a month working with us and giving feedback
Sound like a deal? Join the Council! Don’t worry, no sword play necessary.

Hi Keyvan — I’m interested in a bit more about this. I use Quickbooks and have some questions first before I agree to be part of the customer council. Can you respond here or via email? I am not sure who is best to address the questions I have.

If you are still looking for people let me know. There are some key things that are keeping me from using your service still and this would be a great way to communicate them to you.

Please let me know if you are still looking for help. I think with a few extra features this would be an excellent product for my mobile and remote computer support business.
