I’m a CRM consultant and small business owner who recently started using Billing Manager. I’ve also setup Billing Manager with Merchant Services for some of my friends who run small businesses and they love it. I’d like to be involved in your Customer Council if you’re still recruiting. Thanks.

I’m a copywriter (Frances Cherman & Associates) and a Web developer. I’m interested in participating in the Council if you still have slots available. My strength is being able to clearly identify and articulate what works well and what would work better in a user interface and SaaS product features.
