Thanks Bernice for the feedback. This certainly has been requested by other customers in the past and we are trying to better understand the opportunity. If you have thoughts on how you could imagine this working, please do share them. For example, do you intend to use both Billing Manager and QuickBooks? Or, do you just want to get the data from Billing Manager into QuickBooks and use the invoicing capabilities there? Again, help us understand what you are trying to do, so we can get closer to the problem. Thanks.

Requested function: numbering the invoice.pdf with the invoice number... something like invoice_1000.pdf. That way the user doesn't have to be asked if the previous file marked invoice.pdf should be overwritten when we go to save it in the same folder. Then they would also line up in the order that they were issued.

Great enhancements! I've been wanting to access the premium features but Billing Manager was not able to process my credit card as it was a non-US account. Glad that the features are now finally offered for free.

Hi Rotimi,

Billing Manager is now free. If you had signed up for using the Premium features in Billing Manager your credit card will now no longer be charged for using these features. There is no action requird on your part in this respect.

Note that if you have signed up for Intuit Merchant Service for Billing Manager then you will continue to be charged for using this service to accept credit cards/eChecks.

Cheers,

Mehul Shah

Great set of improvements! One thing lacking in the sales tax report is showing the sales tax paid by invoice - we need that for destination based sales tax states!
