Billing Manager Issues

Update (9:32AM 9/18/2009): We’ve fixed the performance issue and Billing Manager should be running as normal.  This means you should be having no trouble logging into your account and should be able to process your invoicing and payments like you have always done before.  Our team will also be introducing some improvements that we expect will make Billing Manager run even faster.  Our team is watching this issue very closely but if you have a concern or problem, let us know.

9/10: Billing Manager is currently having some performance issues and is running very slow in some key areas.  We know how many people rely on Billing Manager to invoice their clients and accept payments, so this is a serious problem.  Our team has been investigating the root cause of this issue, I am confident they will get to a solution soon.  Thanks for bearing with us and we will give you an update when we have more information.

    Still not working right as of 10/16/2009 and hasn’t been for the last few days. Site really slow and slows down the rest of the computer. Anyone out there?

I was wrongfuly lock out of my account on fcaebook and want my access to be restored. i have not violated anything or anyoneon that cite…the friends feature that i used is adding people that i know, or people connected to my kids, or cousins or relatives. this is wrong of you to do and i wantmy account pen so i can have access. facebook managers email will be of help and its not listed in a contact for me to email. respond asap. amanda r baggs

    Billing Manager has been giving my client an error message when he tried to make a credit card payment. As a result, his credit card was charged twice. I have not received his payment at all.
    I look very bad to my client and have been trying to resolve the issue for him. To my dismay, no person in Intuit even knows what “billing manager” is. I have requested they contact me vie the online form and nobody has done so yet. I have wasted 45 minutes (so far) being bounced back and forth between the different departments in Intuit and nobody has been able to help me AT ALL.
    This is very frustrating and I am left with a very bad taste for Intuit as a company.
