We're excited about the fresh thinking and energy that comes with new eyes and new blood. - Downtime is a downer. Knowing that, we gave out users a full week's notice to prepare. We plan on not having to do such a long downtime again. - As for the new features you're requesting... they are good ones. My overall thought is that you may be a candidate for QuickBooks Online. It seems you have outgrown the need for just an invoicing solution. QuickBooks Online may work better for your business needs as it provides some of the reporting and insights you're after. I'd also suggest looking at our merchant services which integrates with Billing Manager seamlessly. It provides a cheaper per transaction charge than PayPal, saving you money and time. With the recent hires and misleading upgrades, extensive downtime amongst other things, I can't help think that. Maybe this is why it's free. However I'm starting to question the longevity of this solution as it out grows itself. Sorry to be the debbie downer, but I've got a business to run. On a side note, I love what it's enabled me to do thus far, just hoping for more when it's down for 8 hours in the middle of the day.
